Most hands in bj are won based on your gut feeling. The rules work sometimes. It would be silly to think otherwise. I think you enjoy getting thumped by the dealer just to stage a comeback. I never evaluate your bets as greedy. I see them as a necessity to support your short-term goal of winning or staying afloat. This was not a nail biting session. Never split 5s...you would have won!! I took the win the right way and picked up $600,000 with a double!!! putting me at $1,750,000! I did VERY well during this session lots of my bets were $300,000 and I walked away with $6,351,500!!! 😉

I think i'd split A's everytime without hesitation. I definitely would've doubled down on the 5's verses the dealer's 2 but my thoughts only play out in my head. This session was not stressful at all. No dramatic moments or sneaky aces. You got the win and you earned it. Syotno!

Strong start! Some back and forth action in the middle. Then, the 100k double down on 9 against the dealer's well disguised 11 was the game changer. This was a real tug of war. I'm so glad it didn't come down to the last hand to make or break the outcome. You split aces and won both hands with 21's. That could have been a turning point but needless to say it was not. The shoe ended and you still possessed half your buy in so that was a small internal victory. Syontno!
